    The purpose of this position is to strengthen and solidify the company’s cultivation of physician relationships through program development, resulting in preferential use of the Avamere Family of Companies post-acute network.

    Responsibilities/Qualifications/Skillset

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishing value-based referral relationships with physicians
    • Territory covering; Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah
    • Coaching, mentoring, and monitoring existing sales teams on physician relationship development.
    • Provides and Coordinates sales efforts with all Stake holders including Senior Management, Business Development Managers, Administrators and Home Office
    • Complete and through understanding of a Matrix reporting structure which benefits the family of companies
    • Provides a synergist, thoughtful & coordinated model in which Strategic Initiatives and Budgets are meet, or exceeded

    The successful candidate has an established track record cultivating programs with physicians, and successful experience coaching and mentoring sales teams.  Knowledge of the post-acute spectrum of services is required.

     

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other relevant fields.
    • Demonstrable sales experience selling to Physicians, Physician Groups and Clinics/practices.
    • Exposure to SNF and Home Health provider contracts and reimbursement mechanisms, including risk mechanisms, capitation, and alternate payment models.
    • Exposure to coordinated care models, ACOs, and Medicare innovation models.
    • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to present (both in an oral and written manner) complex, technical information in a clear, concise manner to audiences with limited knowledge of detail.
    • Extensive experience with personal computers, including spreadsheet, database, presentation methods.
    • Deep understanding of provider revenue cycle.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, work with frequent interruptions and handle shifting priorities.
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong influence and partnering skills.
