The Director of Facility Integration Management will plan, execute, and finalize integration projects according to deadlines and budget for upcoming acquisitions and de novo development. The Director of Facility Integration Management is responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of project team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, and definition of project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The main responsibility of this position is to work on new development construction projects as well as all project management related to services to start up new facility; IT, HR, Marketing, Licensees, etc. Must have knowledge of Construction development, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.
